Click for sample video Challenged with finding better ways to hire, we'd often observe that candidates were brought in for interviewing at great expense only to be rejected in the first minutes of the interview.

Our solution was to develop a process for interviewing on video. These video interviews allowed a client to review a greater pool of possible candidates before narrowing the field for face-to-face interviewing.

Of course today with the internet the process has gotten a bit easier. We now interview candidates all over the world.
