I tried using my password to get to my Hire-Intelligence assessment and it won’t work. 

Passwords are Case Sensitive.  Make sure that you have entered it correctly.  If you continue to have problems contact your Administrator or Execuserve at 1-800-385-1993. 

I tried logging in to Hire-Intelligence and can’t.

I am getting a message that the Hire-Intelligence page can’t be displayed.  What does that mean? 

Contact Execuserve at 1-800-385-1993. 

My computer shut down while I was in the middle of my Hire-Intelligence assessment.  What will happen to my questionnaire?  Will I have to start over? 

Hire-Intelligence will save your answers to within 5 questions of where you ended.  Just renter your password and log in and you will be taken back to your end point.   

I was in the middle of taking my Hire-Intelligence assessment and received an error message.  What does that mean? 

You may be experiencing a brief interruption in service to your computer.  Continue taking the assessment as normal.  If the error message persists, contact Execuserve at 1-800-385-1993. 

I had to stop taking my Hire-Intelligence assessment due to an interruption.  How long will the system save my answers? 

We will save any uncompleted assessments for 24 hours. 

I have purchased Hire-Intelligence assessments and have sent candidates their passwords by e-mail, but they are not receiving them.  What could be the problem? 

Some times, corporate Spam filters interpret e-mails from outside entities to be Spam.  To correct this problem, contact Execuserve to have us put on a “White-List” so that all e-mail from us will be accepted.   

I have set-up a candidate to take the Hire-Intelligence assessment and they have not taken yet.  Can I go in and change the type of assessment they are to receive? 

Yes, you can edit any information you choose.  You may change passwords, e-mail addresses, change the type of assessment, change departments, etc.
