A fee model that aligns our efforts with your objectives

Both retained and contingent search models have their limitations. That's why Execuserve Corp has adopted a blended approach that ensures our mutual interests are aligned to achieve the best outcome. Our clients pay us a portion of our fee upfront (retained search model), but the balance of our compensation is dependent upon our successful completion of the assignment (contingent search model). Not only have we developed a fee structure that optimizes the results, we work hard to keep our fees as low as possible. In addition, we guarantee our results for six months, and will re-fill any position that is vacated during that period.

Distance Hiring - A special challenge

Geography and distance adds complexity to the hiring tasks of a growing company. The cost of travel to hire nationally or globally is very expensive and logistically difficult. Over 15 years, we have developed a web-based process to test, screen and record video interviews of remote candidates. Our customized video interviewing process is unique in the industry.
