Hire-Intelligence behavioral assessments are tailored to both the job candidate and to the job. Based on the candidate's answers to a fixed set of questions, Hire-Intelligence's algorithm selects additional probing questions. This means virtually no two candidates take exactly the same test. (The user also has the option to turn off the probing feature, which is often done for less critical positions. This will shorten the assessment.)


The adaptive probing drills down on inconsistencies and contradictions in the test taker's answers, and explores possible extremes of behavior. This ensures the results provide an in-depth look at potential behaviors. It also means the Interview Guide can target these areas for further querying by the interviewer.


Hire-Intelligence users can select behavioral assessments for management, sales, and general contributor positions. We also offer a behavioral assessment for non-exempt positions.
