Hire-Intelligence was founded in 2010 when it acquired the assets of several companies which provided services to the Human Resources industry. The principals have years of experience in job candidate assessments, video interviewing, learning management and software development. Our goal is to provide high-value tools and services to the HR world, delivering real, measurable ROI to our customers.

It is this depth of experience that provided the basis for Interview4, our new proprietary video screening services.

Company Leadership

Jim Robinson, President & CEO

Mr. Robinson holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and has extensive management and consulting experience. He managed a team with worldwide product, sales and support responsibilities at AMF before becoming an independent business consultant in 1996. He has worked with the Hire-Intelligence team since 2005.

Ryder Cullison, Client Relationship Manager

Mr. Cullison has more than 10 years of experience working with retained search clients. He holds a bachelors degree from Radford University.

Justin Dalton, Lead Developer

Mr. Dalton has been working in IT since 1997. He served as a Network Administrator and Developer for TBI, ltd a mid-tier ISP before becoming involved in developing software for the Human Resources industry.
