Justin has been working in IT since 1997. He served as a Network Administrator and Developer for TBI Ltd, a mid-tier ISP, before becoming involved in developing software for the Human Resources industry.
Dr. Gorman is Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business and Technology at East Tennessee State University.
His work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Development International, and Performance Improvement Quarterly. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Psychological Science.
Dr. Gorman earned his PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
Whitney has 15 years of advertising, marketing, and sales experience. In addition to working for Hearst Magazines in the luxury lifestyle and home categories for most of her career, she has also worked with HR technology companies as well as a pharmaceutical and healthcare PR recruitment firm. She holds a BFA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Ryder has more than 10 years of experience working with retained search clients. He holds a bachelors degree from Radford University.
Dave has extensive experience in the financial services industry. He was awarded a bachelors degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Jim holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and has extensive management and consulting experience. He managed a team with worldwide product, sales and support responsibilities at AMF before becoming an independent business consultant in 1996. He has been part of the Hire-Intelligence team since 2005.
